Reviews and Ratings
I had the most incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and offered stunning views of the sea. The service was top-notch with a team that was super friendly and attentive. The location was a dream, right by the sea with the rainforest as a backdrop. The dining was delicious, although breakfast was a bit early for me. Overall, a fantastic experience!
My stay at the hotel was overall a mixed experience. The rooms were in urgent need of refurbishing, looking out onto the sea with the rainforest behind, but unfortunately, they were dirty and had a bad look. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional with the staff being very helpful, kind, and always with a smile. The location was lovely, with a great view onto the sea and the rainforest, perfect for a tranquil getaway. However, the dining options were limited, especially if you need something early such as Bernese sausages. The facilities were lacking despite some good aspects.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite needing urgent refurbishment, had a fabulous view of the sea with the rainforest as a backdrop. The sound of stones being cut until 9:00 pm was a minor annoyance. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff making the stay wonderful. However, a more customer service-oriented approach is needed. The location, close to the sea with a view of the rainforest, was fantastic, providing a tranquil getaway and easy access to tourist attractions. The dining options were good, but the timing of service could be improved. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
